Staging Technician

Description
You will be responsible for working with various projects and providing customized applications according to customer requirements, before handing over to the Customer Support and Success teams. You will also be engaged in post sales to help with  support requirements.
Purpose

The device and staging Technician will be responsible for the configuration of mobile devices, attachment of accessories, and tasks assigned to various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all device staging and enrolment for assigned projects.
  • Depot stock packing and coordinate allocation of stock for delivery
  • Follow the production process and get involved in all assigned stages of the process.
  • Report waste and theft noticed during discharging own duties.
  • Meet and exceed the set project deliverables.
  • Behave with total honesty and integrity throughout his/her employment.
  • Engage with supervisor and Project Manager and attend to their needs and requirements timeously.
  • Market the products and Services of the company
  • Carry out all such functions and duties properly and diligently as are from time to time assigned to him/her.
  • Obey and comply with all lawful and reasonable instructions given to him/her by his/her superiors.
  • Follow and implement company policies and procedures as may be determined by the company from time to time.
  • Promote the business and good reputation of the company.
  • Respect the dignity of other employees, clients, and suppliers of the company.
