Digital Marketer

The Digital Marketer will be responsible to update and maintain content on the company WordPress website which needs to be aligned to product listing, internal and external campaigns, and OEM partner collaborations. The digital sales consultant will be required to provide any assistance with department projects.

Purpose of the Job

The objective of the job is to optimize website, execute project tasks and meet performance requirements.

 

 

The Job requirements include:

  1. Shop Products
  • Create and update all products on website including but not limited to Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, Routers, Sim-only deals and Accessories :Correct device pricing according to data deal sheet received. Update value package deals and product feature specification list.
  1. Woo Commerce
  • Manage customer online orders and email clients with contract application details and requirements in order to qualify for a new business Contract.
  • Forward online sales leads to Retentions team and redirect clients to store consultants based on the proximity of customer to that specific store. Credibility of received leads and docs needs to be investigated by digital sales consultant before sharing or redirecting leads – level of transparency through online interaction is an indicator to prevent fraudulent documents from being processed.
  1. Website Page optimization:
    • Check all website pages, images and links are optimized according to marketing manager brief: organic SEO, optimize description text and improve readability, visibility score.
  1. Online Flip Book – Customers will be able to page through an online PDF version of the deals through a link found on the Website.
  • Separate booklet pages from deal book into individual pages using Photoshop, export individual pages into PNG format (2MB max image size file) to upload on website media library.
  1. Company Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsAppForBusiness: Digital Sales consultant has to familiarize themselves with the content calendar, posting layout, images and trailer videos based on previous timeline content. Task brief overview:
  • Facebook: includes Inbox, notifications, publishing tools, and insights – Tip: redirecting to company WhatsApp for Business in order to have a one –on-one conversation to clarify requests.
  • Twitter: includes Inbox, notifications, publishing tools, insights – Research twitter audience to better understand platform usage.
  • Instagram: image and video based content to engage with clients and customers to share deal and project content –Tip: company initiatives to help or connect with employees and customers.
  • YouTube: Video based content – upload trailer videos, relevant interview discussions optimize page to increase organic reach.
  • WhatsApp For Business: Interact with customers, forward deal package info, offer business related assistance on specials, forward screenshots of devices relevant to request – no application documents or images of ID copies will be shared on this platform. All docs must be exchanged via company email.
  •  Company culture – Relationship building and rapport:  Make an ongoing effort to communicate with team members in a respectable, formal and informal social setting to get along for well being. This is important to build and maintain healthy workplace engagements.

Minimum requirements

A strong background of the elements and principles of graphic design, having personal projects in the below productivity tools will be advantages to showcase scope of work.

Productivity Tools: Entry projects and application

  • Adobe Photoshop – Edit device products and create banners, modify images, edit deal pages and export in correct format for upload.
  • Adobe Illustrator – Create logos, branding marketing materials for projects; edit company business card details and signatures.
  • Adobe InDesign – edit deal page and compose new content like internal company newsletter.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro – Import footage, cut to picture, add text and export video file in correct format (project specific only)
  • Adobe After effects – basic animate requirement (project specific only)
  • Microsoft Excel – Reports, formulas, pivot table and preparing SMS text for messaging campaigns.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint – Create aesthetically pleasing PowerPoints based on design principles for projects, clients or hunter brief.
  • Microsoft Teams – communicate and collaborate with employees on platform, arrange and participate in meetings.
  • Google Analytics – Upskilling opportunity after probation within beginner scope
  • Google Ads – Upskilling opportunity after probation for campaigns at a later stage.
